The policy

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason.
• The product should come back in resellable condition — original packaging, no damage beyond normal trying-it-out.
• Once we receive and check the return, your refund goes back to the original payment method.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, that's on us: contact us with a photo or short clip and we'll replace it or refund you — your choice. Don't ship anything back until we've confirmed the process with you.
