Cost

Shipping within the United States is free. Always — it's priced in, not a checkout surprise.

Timing

• Processing: dispatched within 1 business day of your order.
• Delivery: arrives in 2–5 business days for US orders.

That means a realistic door-to-door window of well under a week for most US orders. If that doesn't work for your timeline, we'd rather you know before you order.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Addresses

We can't deliver to PO boxes — please use a full physical street address.

Outside the US

Orbi currently ships to US addresses only. International shipping will be announced if and when we can do it reliably.
